Qualifications/Skills: Seeking applicants with a Master’s degree in Management or a related field and a minimum of 10 years of HR / Admin experience, including at least 3-5 years in a managerial capacity. Preference will be , given to candidates with an additional degree in Law & who have working experience in FMCG Plant.

- Serving as a liaison between management and employees to address concerns and improve organizational culture.
