Minimum Qualifications:

• Master's degree from a recognized educational institution.
• At least 2 years of experience as the department head in the central office of any microfinance financial institution at the position of Assistant Manager.

Age Limit: Minimum 21 years and maximum 45 years. For female candidates, the upper age limit will be extended by 5 years. There is no age limit for current employees.

Selection Process: Candidates shortlisted will be selected through an interview.

Salary, Allowances, and Facilities: As per the rules of the financial institution.

Special Preference: Preference will be given to candidates with good knowledge of computers (Word, Excel, Email, Internet) and a valid motorcycle license.

Application Deadline: If the last day of application submission falls on a holiday, applications can be submitted the next day.

Invalid Applications: Applications that are past the deadline or incomplete will be automatically rejected. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview. The financial institution reserves all rights regarding advertisement suspension, cancellation, and selection.
