Job Description:

Create and develop new clients and strengthen existing clients
- Analyze performance, market conditions and competitors strategy and suggest solutions and implement the same
- Drive initiatives and sales targets
- Generate leads and ability to boost up sales of the product
- Will be responsible to educate and focus on key Builders, Architects / Sr. Architects, Interior Designers about company’s product - product line, complete hardware, features, USPs etc.
- Participate in local exhibitions, promotion campaigns and product training programs and related events
- Plan and help in executing the periodic area/territory wise potential site scanning
- Candidate is expected to provide mature and strong leadership in their respective territory, thereby enhancing the prominence and presence of the brand
- Will be responsible to achieve and exceed the monthly / quarterly / annual sales target
- Contribute in preparing the Monthly Sales Forecast and Annual Business Plan (ABP).
