Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies tailored for the medical tourism industry, focusing on client acquisition and retention.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competition, and opportunities within the healthcare and tourism sectors in Nepal, India, and Dubai.
- Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers.
- Represent the company at conferences, networking events, and client meetings, both domestically and internationally.
- Effectively communicate the benefits of medical tourism services, ensuring client satisfaction and trust.
- Prepare marketing materials and presentations to be shared with clients.
- Travel to India and Dubai as required to engage with clients and foster partnerships.
Job Specification:
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, ideally within the tourism or healthcare industry.
- Fluent in Hindi and English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
- Excellent communication and persuasive skills.
- Strong knowledge of computer applications, including MS Office and online marketing tools.
- Ability to develop effective marketing strategies and work independently.
- High level of adaptability and willingness to travel frequently.
- Professional and smart appearance with an accompanying recent photo.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Nepal.
