Principal Accountabilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage social media campaigns across various platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Plan and execute ATL campaigns including TV, radio, print, and outdoor advertising to build broad brand awareness.
- Develop targeted BTL campaigns such as direct mail, sponsorship, promotions, and in-store displays to drive specific actions and deeper engagement.
- Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to ensure timely and effective delivery of marketing materials.
Competency/ Knowledge/ Skills:
- Strong communication skills
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices
- Confidence using relevant technologies
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in using MS- Excel.
