Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing plans to reach target customers and achieve sales goals
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and launch new products
• Manage and analyze marketing campaigns, including social media, email, and print
• Monitor and report on marketing performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and vendors
• Attend industry events and conferences to network and stay updated on industry trends
• Stay updated on competitors' activities and adjust marketing strategies accordingly
• Manage marketing budget and ensure cost-effectiveness of all marketing efforts
• Mentor and train junior marketing team members.

Qualifications:

• MBA in Marketing or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior-level marketing role
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office and marketing software/tools
• Must have a valid driver's license and own a bike for travel within and outside of Kathmandu.
• Must be willing to travel to India occasionally
• Must be able to communicate in English.
