Requirements:

• With a proper idea of the hierarchy of dealer to retailer network.
• At least 2 year of job experience in related sales/marketing field. Related field refers to: Plastic Pipes and Fittings Business, Paint Business, Cement Business, and Sanitaryware Business.
• Must be able to carter with market requirements and sentiments.
• Able to come up with market plans according to requirement and location specific nature.
• Provide clear and timely instructions for his marketing team and come up with reports.
• Provide daily reports to the company on behalf of his/her marketing team.
• Able to handle mass social (technician) gatherings along with presentation skills.
• Must be sales driven and able to make note of the timely targets accordingly.
• Must possess good speaking and persuading skills.
