- Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies.
- Researching prospects and generating leads.
- Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person.
- Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
- Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.
- Managing the sales process through specific software programs.
- Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Participating in sales team meetings.
Job Specification:
- Bachelor's degree in the Management field with minimum 2+ years’ experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Result-oriented mindset with a drive for achieving sales targets.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and familiarity with MIS systems (Optional).
