Job Description Analyze database trends, gaming and lifestyle and demographic information. Manage database-related activity associated with player tracking system, Hotel and other sources of data accumulated. Develop and implement direct mail and telemarketing programs. Provide direction to various agencies involved with production of direct mail. (i.e. advertising creative, mail house, printers) Track usage and analyze results to prepare slot and table game analysis reports. Use gaming revenue tracking systems for events and promotions. (i.e. Swipe system) Establish and maintain a budget for database marketing functions and programs. Provide database support for all promotions and special events as required. Provide service to internal and external customers which reflects the company culture of Satisfaction, Togetherness, Appreciation and Recognition. (S.T.A.R.) Responsible for immediately informing on-site IGC Agent on duty, Security and Supervisor on Duty of any Internal Control or State Regulation violations related to gaming activity of which you commit, witness or become aware; must report pursuant to company.
