Job Description:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns to achieve sales and growth targets.
- Manage the creation of marketing collateral, including print materials, digital content, and promotional materials, ensuring brand consistency and alignment with messaging.
- Oversee digital marketing strategies, including website content, social media, email marketing, and online advertising, to increase brand visibility and engagement.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, preferences, and trends, and utilize insights to refine marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with product development teams to gather insights for product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, utilizing data analytics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure effectiveness and optimize future efforts.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners to support marketing initiatives and maximize resources.

Job Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare Marketing.
- Bachelor's Degree Graduates can apply.
- Excellent communication, writing and presentation skills.
- Proven experience in marketing management roles, with a track record of successfully developing and executing marketing strategies.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
