Qualifications:

• Masters or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 3-4 years of Experience required.

Job Description:

• Develop and implement comprehensive offline marketing campaigns, including print and online advertising, events, sponsorships, media and public relations.
• Develop and execute strategic BTL activation campaigns, including events, sampling programs, guerrilla marketing, sponsorships, and experiential marketing.
  Manage and oversee the production of all marketing materials and merchandize, ensuring brand consistency and quality.
• Craft compelling messaging and communication materials for offline channels, such as press releases, media pitches and other marketing copy such as brochures, flyers, point-of-sale displays, and promotional items.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, industry partners vendors and agencies to support BTL activations.
• Identify and forge strategic partnerships that expand our reach, enhance brand awareness, and drive growth.
• Implement and analyze performance marketing strategies across various channels to optimize campaign effectiveness and drive measurable results.
• Stay current on offline marketing trends, BTL best practices, partnership opportunities, and performance marketing advancements.

Skill & Experience:

• Knowledge and understanding of various marketing channels
• Excellent writing and editing skills in both English and Nepali language.
• Ability to analyze marketing data, understand key metrics and use data to inform decision-making and optimize campaigns.
  Understanding market research, target audience analysis, competitor analysis, and the ability to develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans.
• Confident as a communicator and presenter.
