Background and Skills:
- Bachelors or Master’s degree in marketing, digital marketing, business administration or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of working experience in creating content and marketing (preferably through digital channels) for sales of agricultural crops/commodities.
- Practical experience in marketing of agriculture products/crops is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Nepali to communicate with traditional, conventional, non-conventional, and institutional buyers of harvests/crops.
- Proficient in social media handling including content creation in all major social media apps and digital marketing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Photo-shop, Canva, Illustrator etc
- Strong storytelling and presentation skills (interactive with preparing slides, etc.).
- Having Data Analytics Skill is a plus point.
- Entrepreneurial, self-driven, and proactive in work approach.
