Roles and Responsibilities
Marketing:
- Assist in preparing brand strategy, including the setting of style guides, brand guidelines, brand vision, and value proposition for the short as well as long term
- Assist in maintaining day-to-day tasks and improving the marketing strategies of the company
- Preparing, planning, and project managing the publication of all publicity material and brand promotion for key product mix
- To use all necessary channels to ensure staff understands their roles in replicating and promoting the brand such that the organization lives the brand
- Provides leadership in designing and the production of all parts of marketing needs
- Develop and implement the company's social media strategy and maximize profile across all activities. Maintain social media presence
- Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing, database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns
- Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns
- Promote the correct use of the company’s brand both internally and externally through digital channels
- Write, edit, and proofread marketing material for use in different channels.
Research and Development:
- Undertake market research and establish the best way to reach target groups
- Analyze the impact of marketing campaigns and prepare measurement reports
- Monitor market trends and research consumer markets, and competitors’ activities
- Oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities
- Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions.
Coordination:
- Maintain strong communication between marketing executives and internal and external stakeholders
- Liaise with stakeholders and vendors to promote the success of activities and enhance the company’s presence
- Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses
- Other tasks assigned by the line manager.
