Key Responsibilities:
- Develop Marketing Strategies: Collaborate with the marketing team and senior management to develop comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives. Identify target markets and customer segments to tailor marketing campaigns accordingly.
- Brand Promotion: Create and implement marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and promote the company’s UPVC fabricating products. Utilize various marketing channels, including digital platforms, traditional advertising, trade shows, and industry events.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and trends in the UPVC fabricating industry. Stay updated on competitors’ activities, pricing strategies, and market developments to maintain a competitive edge.
- Lead Generation: Drive lead generation initiatives by identifying potential customers, qualifying leads, and nurturing prospects through effective communication and follow-up strategies. Collaborate with the sales team to convert leads into customers.
- Content Creation: Develop compelling marketing content, including product brochures, presentations, website content, and social media posts. Ensure that all marketing materials are accurate, consistent, and reflect the company’s brand image.
- Digital Marketing: Leverage digital marketing channels, such as social media, email marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), and pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, to reach a wider audience and generate qualified leads.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive customer loyalty and repeat business. Provide excellent customer service, address inquiries and concerns, and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives. Track key performance indicators (KPIs), such as lead conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, and return on investment (ROI). Provide regular reports and recommendations to improve marketing strategies.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the construction or building materials industry.
- Strong knowledge of marketing principles, techniques, and best practices.
- Familiarity with UPVC fabricating products and their applications is desirable.
