Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for communicating with customers regarding the order, delivery date, and shipment date
• Confirming order with price & delivery date
• Responsible for communicating the details information on products, deadlines, and other necessary information to the Production Department
• Preparing the process-wise required documentation proforma invoice, commercial invoice, packing list, and labeling, to check the labeling details
• Assisting Export Marketing Department Coordinator in achieving the Marketing and Sales goal.
