Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintaining acceptable airworthiness, safety and performance standards in H9 aircraft fleet A320/A319.
- To ensure that aircraft maintenance is in compliance with the requirements of NCAR-145
- Train technicians in A320 aircraft maintenance, safety, human factor, etc.
- Accomplishment of production, maintenance and inspection tasks as delegated by optimum use of manpower and resources in the most efficient and cost-effective manner.
- Assist M&E Department in Maintenance, Trouble-Shooting, Defect Analysis.
Qualification Requirements:
- Holder of Aeronautical or appropriate Engineering Degree and minimum 5 years of experience in Engineering Department (Preferably A320 Fam)
- Licensed AME with CAAN AMT License or equivalent in Ratings: A3320/A321/A319 CFM56, A320/A321/A319 (V2500).
- Priority will be given for additional license on B737-600/700/800 (CFM56), B777-200/300 (GE90), B777-200/300 (PW4000), A330-200/300 (Trent700), A330-200/300 (PW4000).
- Capable of planning under guidance of Maintenance Manager man-power/man-hour/ tools/ equipment/ spares/ material. Coordinating with CAMO engineering Stores, Material Procurement, Operations and Marketing for all major and minor maintenance activities in advance.
- Knowledge of NCAR Part 145, NCAR Part 66, NCAR Part M, NCAR Part 147, MOE, FTS, EWIS, CDCCL, SMS, Human Factor principles & Type training.
