Job Specification:
- Master’s degree in Development Studies, Social Sciences, Statistics, Monitoring and Evaluation, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in monitoring, evaluation, accountability, and learning roles within international development projects, preferably in health, WASH, livelihoods, or community development sectors.
- Excellent command of English, (written, oral, comprehension) including good writing skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work under pressure in a structured, organized, and responsive manner
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, set priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to undertake field visits frequently in the Project areas districts. Familiarity with statistical packages, qualitative data analysis software, graphics presentations, and other relevant online digital and mobile-based applications to support MEAL.
- Excellent command of database management (digitalization)
- Two-wheeler driving license is required.
