Required Professional Experience:

• A 3-5 years proven record of monitoring, evaluation and data analysis
• Cross-functional management experience in an I/NGO, UN/ bilateral organizational environment
• Develop qualitative and quantitative methodology
• Sampling techniques, descriptive and inferential statistical methods
• Basic logical frame-work
• SPSS or STATA
• Advanced Excel and quantitative skills
• Effective relationship management skills; ability to influence without having authority
• Excellent oral and written English or Nepali communication skills.

Required Education, training, license, registration and certification: Bachelor’s degree in development studies, economics, public health, agriculture or in the fields suitable for development with 3-5 years of experience.

Preferred Knowledge and Qualifications:

• Masters’ Degree in development studies, economics, public heath, agriculture or in relevant areas with 2 years of experience
• Proven experience as a team player
• Demonstrated collaboration & team building skills
• Understand advocacy theory, process and practice.
• Proven ability to write and produce publications
• Competent in the use of Microsoft Office computer programs including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong negotiation, interpersonal skills, organizational, administrative and facilitation skills
• Must be able to interact with a diverse groups
• Travel and/or Work Environment :Travel up to 20% per month.
