Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in medical laboratory technology (MLT) or equivalent with three years of relevant experience in laboratory diagnosis.
• Nepal Health Professional Council (NHPC) registered.
• Experience in molecular level testing preferred.
• Experience in the field of HIV and AIDS related services preferred.
• Proactive and independent approach to work with willingness to undertake additional responsibilities. 
• Proactive in managing multiple tasks, managing, and working in the virtual work environment, and flexible and open for managing time for working with different teams both in FHI 360 and with partner organization.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication, team building and management, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent oral and written English and Nepali including documentation skills.
