• A degree in Business or Marketing may be considered if combined with relevant healthcare experience.

Experience:

• Previous experience as a Medical Representative or in pharmaceutical sales is preferred.
• Experience in a healthcare-related role, such as nursing or clinical research, can also be advantageous.
• Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, medical terminology, and drug therapies is beneficial.

Skills:

• Strong persuasive and negotiation skills with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey product information to healthcare professionals.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers and colleagues.
• Proficiency in delivering engaging and informative product presentations.
• Strong time management and organizational abilities to plan and manage daily schedules and multiple tasks.
• Ability to analyze market trends, competitor activities, and sales data to develop effective strategies.
• Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and other relevant sales tools.
• High level of self-discipline and motivation to achieve sales goals with minimal supervision.
