Qualifications / Skills:
Mechanical or Electrical University Degree in Engineering or equivalent within minimum 5-6 years experiences of Building and Project Construction in an up-scale hospitality environment.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise the installation, maintenance and repair of mechanical, electrical, plumbing and Firefighting, ELV etc. system in a building and ensure all work is completed according to hotel specification.
- Review the Design Drawing, plant and equipment capacities. Analyze the scope of works and possibility of value Engineering in MEP work in view of alternate material, alternative design and alternative approach for optimum consumption of materials.
- Prepare the Quality control plan of MEP works, procedure, checklist and analyze the property in view of operational point and make such provisions in design drawing/shop Drawings.
- Monitor the property periodically and prepare monthly report about the Quality control, progress and challenges also MEP bill certification, compilation of plant, equipment and product catalogue with as built drawings as a part of bill and closure of the project.
