Key Responsibilities:

  •  Delivery of official goods/mail/documents/correspondence to concern office/staff as required.
  • Maintain logistics and store with proper record.
  •  Assist in load/unload and deliver goods as required.
  •  Support in cheque clearance, deposit and VAT clearance.
  • Support to photocopy, binding, telephone, fax receiving during the office hours.
  •  Support training, workshop, and field work as required.
  • Ensure neatness and cleanliness of the office, through regularly ensure cleaning and neatening updating and beautification of office garden.
  •  Safeguard of office premises.
  •  Fulfill any other function as deemed appropriate.

 

Duty Station: Koshi province (Itahari)

 

Minimum Qualification:

  •  Minimum SLC/SEE passed from recognized Institute with minimum 2 years’ experience in PEPFAR supported HIV/AIDS, STI prevention program or 3 year experience in any other development sector.

 

Preferences:

  • Preference will be given for the candidates from KPs and linkages with network of KPs.
  •  Knowledge of MS word, PowerPoint, excel, email& Internet and ability of using various social media applications.
  •  Knowledge of local languages will be beneficial.
  •  Local and female candidate will be given priority.
  • Advantage of two wheelers driving license holder.
  • Flexibility of working in off-hours (beyond standard office time) as needed.
