Qualification | Skills:

• A Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in business administration or a similar field
• Background is Sales MIS or a related field having a minimum of 3 years of proven experience
• Understanding the business operation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, Collect, organize and maintain sales data to ensure accuracy and accessibility for reporting purposes
• Analyze sales trends, patterns, and performance metrics to generate actionable insights for management
• Develop and maintain sales dashboards and generate regular reports (daily), weekly, monthly) for senior management
• Work closely with the sales department to provide support in tracking sales targets, opportunities and pipeline development
• Develop training materials and provide training sessions to sales teams on the use of the MIS systems.
