Job Specification:

• Conduct daily client visits to promote and sell wellness, organic, and retail products.
• Manage stock levels at client locations and ensure timely deliveries.
• Identify new markets and customer acquisition opportunities to grow the business.
• Collaborate with logistics and marketing teams to streamline operations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business.
• Participate in trade shows, events, and in-store promotions to boost sales.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends to adjust sales strategies.
• Collect and relay customer feedback to improve product offerings and services.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred
• Experience: Prior experience in sales, customer relations, or client-facing roles will be advantageous.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills in both Nepali and English, with the ability to present products and ideas confidently to a wide range of audiences.
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong networking abilities and relationship-building skills to maintain existing clients and attract new ones.
• Flexibility: Willingness to travel daily, work flexible hours, and adapt to new markets and customers.
• Driving License: Must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving license for regular client visits.
