Project: Transforming the Future of Adolescent Girls through Education in Sindhuli (Ujjwalta) Project.

Expertise: Bachelor's Degree in Education, Statistics or other relevant field with minimum 3 years working experience in relevant area.

Duty Station: Hands Nepal, Sindhuli at project office at Kamlamai, Sindhuli with frequent travel to Kamalamai and Dudhauli Municipality.

Contract type: Annual with possibility of extension as per fund.

Working Area: Project schools, communities and municipalities i,e, Kamalamai and Dudhauli municipalities of Sindhuli district.

Responsible to: Directly to Project Coordinator/ HANDS Nepal, Sindhuli and closely work with MERL focal person of Plan International Nepal with due information to PC of HANDS Nepal.

REQUIREMENT : 

• Education: S/he has at least Bachelor's Degree in Education, statistics or other relevant. field with minimum 3 years working experience in relevant area
• Experience: S/he has experience in development project for 3 years including at least 1 years as M&E staffs. Previous experience on M&E activities such as baseline, midline and end-line/final evaluation of the project will add value.
• Competence: Sound management knowledge and skills of monitoring, evaluation and documentation of Project including project staff mobilization, project planning implementation and monitoring.

SKILL :

• Language: Ability to write clearly and concisely in English and Nepali
• Communication: Sound communication skills, managing work relationships (internal/external), coordination and networking.
• Proven IT skills: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and skill of computer applications.
• Sound knowledge on online form and survey set up eg. Kobo toolbox
• Two wheelers driving license required.
