Duty Station: Kathmandu with frequent field visit in the project sites.
Duration: 5 years, with six months’ probation period.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree, preferably Ph.D. in Forestry, Environmental Science, Natural Resource Management, Development Studies, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in monitoring, evaluation, and learning, preferably in conservation and development projects.
- Strong understanding and proven experience in designing and implementing MEL frameworks, including participatory approaches and GESI-sensitive indicators, methodologies and tools for data collection, analysis and reporting.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
- Proficiency in statistical analysis software, dashboard and data management tools are desirable.
- Fluency in English and Nepali languages— both written and spoken.
