Education: 

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
•  A technical diploma or equivalent in Welding, Plumbing and Scaffolding is a plus.

Experience: 

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Mechanical, Plumbing, Electrical, Scaffolding & Welding (TIG, MIG, ARC & SAW). 
• Previous experience in a training or supervisory role is highly desirable.

Certifications: 

• Relevant certifications in Mechanical, Plumbing, Electrical, Scaffolding, & Welding are required. 
• Training certifications or qualifications in vocational education and training (VET) are an advantage.

Skills: 

• Strong technical knowledge in the specified trades. 
• Excellent communication and presentation skills. 
• Ability to create and deliver engaging training programs. 
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proficient in using training tools and equipment.
