Municipality Coordinator- (1 for Parsa district and 1 for Bara district)

Duration: 15 months

Location: Parsa (5 municipalities) and Bara (5 municipalities)

Grade: C2 Minimum Senior Officer

Reports to: Program Coordinator

Travel Requirement: 90% Field and 10% Office.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in social sciences, Community Development, Public Administration, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in community engagement, program implementation, or a similar role, preferably in the development sector.
• Strong understanding of local cultural contexts, particularly regarding harmful traditional practices.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build trust and work effectively with diverse stakeholders, including local communities, government officials, and civil society organizations.
• Proficiency in local languages and dialects is highly desirable.
