Tilottama Municipality is seeking to recruit Municipal Police on a contract basis for the following positions. Interested and eligible Nepali citizens are requested to submit their applications to the Municipal Office within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of this notice publication (by 2081/5/9).

Age:

• For males: Must be at least 18 years old and not exceed 35 years of age.
• For females: Must be at least 18 years old and not exceed 40 years of age.
• For ex-servicemen and ex-police: Must not exceed 40 years of age.

Minimum Educational Qualification: Must have passed SEE or equivalent from a recognized institution. (This educational qualification is not applicable to ex-servicemen and ex-police).

Required Qualifications:

1. Nepali Citizen
2. Height, Chest, and Weight:
   • For males: Minimum height 5 feet 2 inches, chest 31-33 inches, and weight at least 50 kg.
   • For females: Minimum height 5 feet, and weight at least 42 kg.
3. Eyesight: Should not be weaker than -2 or +2.
4. Criminal Record: Must not have been convicted of any criminal offense showing moral turpitude.
5. Government Service Dismissal: Must not have been dismissed from government service in a way that disqualifies the candidate from future government service.
6. Service Facilities: As determined by the Municipality.
7. Selection Process: Physical fitness test, written examination, and interview.
8. Examination Date: Will be announced later.

Application Fee and Submission Method:

1. Application Fee: A fee of Rs. 500/- (five hundred) must be submitted for each advertisement.
2. For candidates applying under inclusive groups: An additional fee of Rs. 300/- (three hundred) must be paid for each additional group. The fee must be submitted to the revenue section of the Municipal Office, and the original voucher must be attached to the application form.

Documents to be attached with the application form:

1. Copy of Nepali citizenship certificate.
2. Copy of educational qualification certificates.
3. Proof of permanent residence in Tilottama Municipality (Copy of migration or marriage registration certificate).
4. Three copies of passport-sized photos.
5. Copy of any relevant experience certificates.

For candidates applying under inclusive group advertisements, the following additional documents are required:

1. Indigenous/Janajati: Recommendation letter from the ward office based on the list published by the National Foundation for Development of Indigenous Nationalities Act. If the ethnic group has multiple surnames listed, certification from the Chief District Officer is required.
2. Madhesi: Certification from an institution recognized by the Government of Nepal. If such an institution is not specified, certification from the Chief District Officer based on a recommendation from the local level.
3. Dalit: Certification from the ward office based on the list published by the National Dalit Commission. If there are multiple surnames listed, certification from the Chief District Officer is required.
