NATIONAL SALES MANAGER (NSM) – GOENKA ELECTRONICS P. LTD. – MALE CANDIDATES ONLY
Job Descriptions : –
- Sales & Marketing of various Electronics Home Appliance Products (both Small & Big Home Appliances) under Goenka Electronics, Khaitan and other Brands including in Kathmandu Valley and surrounding areas and also throughout Nepal in all geographic reasons, districts, zones and corresponding Market Areas.with at least 10-20 new Dealerships/Channel developments/Whole Sellers etc.
- Formulate Market Strategies for penetration of new Market Areas, maintaining existing party relationships, speed up Sales & Revenue generation, plan budget, making extensive Tour throughout Nepal, coordinate after Sales Services, grievance handling, produce Monthly, Quarterly, Annual Reports on Sales, Sales Event Management etc.
- Follow through and achieving Sales Target (Monthly/Yearly) as per instruction by Business Unit Head (BUH) and the Management under Policy bound Method
- Closing Sales deals with parties strictly on BG/LC and advance Cash payments only with payment recovery within ageing limit days without any default scenario.
- Strictly maintaining No Credit Sales under any condition to any parties in all the Market Areas. Control, guide, train, motivate all Sales Team Members through out Nepal.
- Rigorously payment follow-ups with parties and payment collections within ageing-limits avoiding DEFAULT SCENARIOS in advance
- Reporting/updating daily Business Una Head on market condition, any complications, seeking advice on market penetration strategy, updating competitors prices/products etc.
- Prepare daily Market visit Reports showing payment collection status, ageing limits and report to Business Unit Head and HR Department of mentioning any problems in
- Making Balance Confirmation of each & every parties being dealt in consultation with the BUH
- Strictly follow and maintain Company’s Sales Policy and Organizational Rules & Regulations
- Assist in all recovery related processes with proper information on parties, ageing limits, payment collections, problem facing etc.
- Take part in Daily/Weekly/Monthly Internal Meetings at both Naxal, Corporate Office as per instruction by Business Unit Head (BUH) and the Management.
- Train all Junior Sales Staffs and implementing strictly Company’s Sales Policy.
- Follow all other instruction and engage in all other Sales & Marketing related works as per strict instructions by BUH and the Management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree in Business Management- (Candidates must have own Motorbike with valid License).
Experiences:
Preferably 2+ years of working experiences in Sales & Marketing of Electronics Home Appliance Products (both Small & Big Home Appliances like TV, Chest Experiences Freezers, Fridge, Washing Machine, Heaters, Vacuum Cleaners, Fans – both Table & Ceiling, AC’s, Iron Machine, Juice Mixtures, Toasters and other similar appliances).
Salary:
NEGOTIABLE depending upon proven experience of the candidates on Sales & Marketing of BHA and SHA Products throughout whole of Nepal Market.
