Job Description
- Overall supervision of Sales Department, Dealer.
- Achievement of given sales/ Collection target Monthly/Quarterly/ Annually.
- Meet and exceed KPIs.
- Motivate, guide, and train Sales Team for optimum Sales & Revenue generation, balance confirmation of all parties.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
- Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities.
- Overall management of Sales of various products through Policy Bound Method.
- Guide and train subordinates for effective performance.
