Job Description:
- Maintaining LAN, WLAN, and architecture
- Plan, install, configure, tune, and optimize the router, switches, firewall, load balancer, Wireless AP, WAF, and other enterprise architecture components as per need.
- Performing network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hotfixes, and security configurations
- Understand client requirements and deploy Network and Security products as needed.
- Perform R&D work on any given network & security technology.
- Install and maintain security solutions at customer sites.
- Provide technical support to customers 24/7 when needed.
- Submit daily job reports, and project reports in time to the technical lead.
- Prepare and conduct product training for customers and staff whenever needed.
Qualification:
- Bachelor level in IT or Equivalent (Final Semester Running or Completed).
Experience:
- No experience required (not mandatory)/freshers can apply.
Technical Skills:
- TCP/IP protocol suite, LAN, WAN
- Switching and Routing
- Firewall (NGFW) installation, operation, and management.
- A clear understanding of Internet services and protocol.
- Basic Understanding of Windows Server, Linux, DNS, Web Application Firewall (WAF), Network Access Controller (NAC), and Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) will be an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of scripting and automation will be an added advantage.
- Basic Knowledge of Network Design and Infrastructure
- Knowledge of open-source products will be an added advantage.
- Authentication Technologies such as LDAP, RADIUS, 2FA, MFA, etc.
- Experience with Cisco, Palo Alto firewall, Fortinet, F5, and Radware will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of SDN, Network Virtualization will be an added advantage
- Certifications on Cisco solutions or any other Networking/ Security Products will be an added advantage.
