Job Description:
- Monitoring & troubleshooting overall corporate client across the countyr.
- Mail followup for corporate connection and complain.
- Update the work progress of corporate clients via ticket, oeu and mail.
- Coordinating with Regional office/Branch Office/Local Support/Franchise.
- Survey & feasibility of new fiber (corporate) Client.
- Maintain the records of new connection, complain and disconnect client.
- Coordinating with Fiber team and Ip support team for corporate client.
- Task escalation to Fiber team and Ip support team.
- Monitoring & troubleshooting overall trunk/superbackbone client across the country.
Job Specification:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a related field.
- Understanding of network infrastructures (routers, switches, firewalls, etc.).
- Knowledge of IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, and troubleshooting network connectivity issues.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle competing priorities.
