• 1-2 years of prior work experience in a relevant field, such as a hospital, nursing home, or care home
• PCL certificate and Registered license in Nepal
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and make quick decisions
• Compassionate nature and empathy towards patients
• Proficiency in medical software and technology.
