Qualifications & Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Nursing (MSN) or equivalent from an accredited institution.
• Proven experience of 10 years in nursing leadership or management roles as a Deputy/Nursing Director required.
• Strong knowledge of nursing practice standards, regulations, and quality improvement methodologies.
