Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Bachelor in Business Administration, Bachelor in Travel and Tourism , Bachelor in public health or social work or related discipline
  • At least 2 year of working experience as an office administrator or similar role.

 

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and PowerPoint in particular) and Social Media handling.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English & Nepali
  • Ability to prepare monthly progress report and proposals effectively
  • Flexibility to work in field as per the need of the company
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to maintain work flow at the office
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively coordinate with office team, clients and other companies
  • Ability to handle website (Word press & Laravel friendly)
  • Maintaining quality of work, and deliver outputs within established deadline and timeline
  • Ability to be discrete and able to keep confidential information.

 

Other Requirements:

  • Age : (25 to 40 years old)
  • Candidates with driving license shall be given preference.

 

Preferable Skills:

  • Content Writing/Proposal writing
  • Graphics Designing Skills
  • Basic Accounting knowledge
  • Nepali Typing
  • Digital Marketing Skills.
