Job Description:
- General office administration
- Establishing human resource development protocols, in consultation with management and experts
- Maintain personnel records, inventories, etc.
- Assist senior management in staff / consultant recruitment, contractual arrangements, etc.
- Liaise with consultants and clients
- To coordinate, manage and monitor the workings of various departments in the organizations.
- To improve process, policies in support of organizational goals.
- Coordinate the work of various department involved in warehousing and distribution of goods.
- To facilitate coordination and communication
- Coordinating with Company/Vendors with regards to tender, procurement and general operations
- Tenders follow up and reporting to management.
- Finalizing tender documents and submitting the same to respective hospitals within specified deadline
- Discussion with Management team for rates, evaluations, business process improvements
- Evaluating and finalizing Standard operating procedures.
