Job Description:

  • Answering phone calls and redirect them when necessary
  • Handle office correspondence and filing systems.
  • Arrange, schedule and organize staff meetings and other departmental meetings when required.
  • Provides different administrative support such as scheduling meetings, handling emails, visitors, routing callers and answering questions and requests.
  • Effectively organizing the meeting, preparing the minute of the meeting, and circulating the information to the concerned person and department.
  • Maintaining the records of different activities in an organized way.
  • Preparing the required report and communicating it effectively.

 

Job Specification:

  • Excellent English with adept in both verbal and written.
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
  • Effective at Nepali verbal and written communication with skill in Nepali typing.
  • Highly Organized, Promptness and Time management skills.
  • Active listening and attention to details.
