Officer- Sales (Certification Course)

Job Description:

• Identify market opportunities in banking industry by identifying consumer requirements
• Responsible for meeting targets both in terms of sales and number of marketing calls
• Look after all the sales of Certification Courses (JANBI, CANBI, AML-CFT, TBML, International Trade Finance, Kesdee e-library and Omega Certification Courses by Moodys Analytics)
• Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information and addressing their concern
• Create MIS reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing data and trends
• Analyzing competitor’s services to determine and compare the benefits and shortfalls
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending workshops, trainings; staying updated on the industry news and happenings; establishing personal networks and participating in professional societies
• Work actively with sales team to successfully organize the events organized by the company.

Knowledge/Skills:

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Package
• Good Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
