• Knowledge of overall agriculture sector, excellent marketing and negotiation skills,
• Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind,
• Proven experience working as a business development officer or similar role,
• Outstanding communication skills, Up-to-date with latest national &
• International trends and marketing best practices, experience working in a flexible, employee empowering work environment, experience in organization development and change management.
• Exceptional negotiation and decision-making skills, the ability to develop in-depth knowledge of agriculture products and markets, teamwork and interpersonal skills.

Note:

• Candidates with experience in agricultural product and service marketing shall be given preference.
• Candidates must have own two-wheeler and its license.
