Job Description:
- Oversee and manage the scheduling of patient appointments in the OPD
- Monitor and maintain patient flow, ensuring minimal wait times and maximum efficiency
- Coordinate with medical staff, including doctors and nurses, to ensure timely and effective patient care
- Provide excellent customer service to patients, addressing any concerns or issues in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain accurate patient records and update information as needed
- Prepare and manage OPD budgets, including monitoring expenses and reviewing financial reports
- Train and supervise OPD staff, including receptionists and medical assistants
- Implement and enforce hospital policies and procedures, including compliance with medical regulations and protocols
- Collaborate with other departments within the hospital to improve overall patient care and experience
