Duties and Responsibilities:

1) Crew Scheduling and Control

• Crew planning, scheduling & control
• Calculation of crew flight duty time limitation and rest period
• Maintain crew qualifications and proficiency record
• Crew leave planning
• Workforce requirement analysis according to operations demand
• Manage crew data /documents in crew planning software.

2) Flight Dispatcher

• Flight planning, Dispatch and Operations Control
• Preparation of Operational Flight Plan documentation
• Maintain Navigation Data, Charts, Maps and Route Manuals
• Maintain ICAO Annexes/ CAAN Regulations / Company Manuals
• Maintain System Control Software Data /Documents
• Coordinate with various department during Delay/Disruption
• Flight Watch / Flight Monitoring during flight operation.

Qualification Requirements:

• Minimum work experience of 15 years
• Minimum 10 years of experience as a dispatcher in an International Airlines
• Must have FOO/flight Dispatcher license
• Bachelor’s degree in Air traffic control system or relevant.
