Manage Business Operation Process
- Standardize the business process and system in coordination with Head of Operations
- Systematize the inventory, materials and resources and their efficient utilization.
Planning, Controlling and performance improvement
- Set the sales target for each of the outlets
- Audit and check the operation procedure in order to maintain the KPI of each outlet
- Modifying the process or procedure to increase the output, increase efficiency, or increase the effectiveness of the process or procedure.
Monitoring the work progress & overseeing day-to-day operations
- Be informed and get updated about all chain and franchise outlets.
- Oversee the job functions of operations team
- Work with admin and operations to ensure smooth operations in all chain and franchise outlets.
- Get updated about the operation of Bakery team, and its harmonization with the outlets for requisition-supplies and any issues raised
- Check for variances in supply chain management.
Operation Strategy
- Develop core operational strategies in order to maintain the consistency in product, maximizing the sales and enhancing the customer satisfaction
- Develop the core competencies of Himalayan Java for product development and operation
- Assist Outlet Managers to set the sales targets and achieve them
- Devise strategies to achieve targeted growth in coordination with GM
- Develop key metrics for operation and evaluate regularly.
Liaising with employees, founder, consultants and other stakeholders
- Act as a bridge between employees and the management team
- Liaise with the consultants, supply chain partners, customers and other stakeholders
- He shall coordinate with founders and consultants for major decisions regarding operation
- He shall coordinate between all the parties and make sure things are run smoothly in and between every other chain.
Empowering team members
- Be responsible for training the operational team at different branches
- Create an enabling working environment for all team members to perform optimally
- Liaise with the Finance Department and Human Resource Department to ensure staff well-being, growth and happiness
- Enable team members as decision makers through trainings and other tools.
Product launch and Promotion
- Liaise with Team for innovative product launch and ensure their promotion
- and enhancement of various other promotional activities and offers
- Coordinate with the corporate partners for the various promotional activities.
Maintaining quality standards
- Confirm the quality maintenance and uphold consistency in the quality of product and services
- Ensure the compliance of health and sanitation regulations and maintenance of health safety and security.
Strengthening the brand
- The Line Manager along with the team shall carry “Himalayan Java” as a brand, and work continuously to drive the brand forward through continuation (of Himalayan JAVA’s rich culture) and innovation (of products, services and processes).
