Job Descriptions: (Operation Manager) –Goenka Electronics Pvt. Ltd.(GEPL) Overall Management, Business Development for Sales & Marketing of various Home Electronics Appliance Products under GEPL To coordinate with the entire Sales and Purchase staffs of Goenka Electronics (GEPL) for conducting the overall business activities To make weekly planning of collection and orders, verifying Balance Confirmation of each and every parties To take liquidation plan from sales staff about the stocks that are high in ageing Spare parts management of all Electronics Products under GEPL To monitor the Sales target each Month with achievement of Sales targets area and region wise by each of Sales Staffs To formulate Sales & Marketing Policies & Strategies of electronics products as per the changing Market scenario for whole of Nepal To implement, control, guide and motivate all Sales & Marketing Staffs to boost Sales, collection of revenues on time To address promptly all service issues of electronic products as per client’s complain, coordinating with Service Technicians/Agency for providing timely service all over Nepal Overall management of Warehouse and dispatch of all electronics appliance products under Goenka Electronics(GEPL) To make proper analysis of all Goenka Electronics Products on the Market throughout Nepal and report to the Management Debtor management and handling the critical parties To strictly implement Company’s Sales & Marketing Policy Guidelines through all Sales & Marketing Staffs throughout Nepal for consistent & optimum Sales Performance while promoting Sales & Marketing of all Electronics Home Appliance Products under GEPL Note: Candidates will be chosen and called as per application date on first come first basis.
