Job Description:
- Ensure that guests receive exceptional service and satisfaction throughout their stay.
- Handle guest complaints and issues promptly and effectively, striving to resolve them to the guests' satisfaction
- Collaborate with department heads to ensure efficient operations and adherence to brand standards
- Monitor daily operations to ensure compliance with safety, health, and hygiene standards
- Provide guidance and support to department heads and staff members
- Assist in recruitment, training, and development of hotel staff to maintain high-quality service
- Participate in sales calls and client meetings to promote the hotel's services and facilities
- Monitor the physical condition of the property and coordinate maintenance and repairs as needed
- Ensure that the hotel's appearance and facilities are well-maintained and in compliance with brand standards
- Ensure the hotel operates in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Job Specification:
- Minimum experience of 2-3 years in similar position
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- Strategic Planning and Decision-making abilities
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
