Job Description:
- Inbound processing of physical packages into the system and subsequent transfer to the sorting center.
- Handling failed delivery packages, communicating with sellers, and acknowledging receipt.
- Providing excellent customer and seller service by addressing inquiries and complaints according to Daraz SOPs.
- Effective communication through email and complaint generation as needed.
- Managing challenging customer and seller interactions using strong interpersonal skills.
- Handling after-sales processes for walk-in customers, including returns and refunds.
Job Specification:
- Strong reading and writing abilities for accurate documentation.
- Proficiency in computer operations and relevant warehouse management software.
- Ability to effectively use smartphones for communication and operational tasks.
