Skills and Qualifications:
Task Related
- Bachelor';s degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar leadership role within the restaurant industry.
Competencies and Soft Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Positive attitude and willingness to assist others.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
