- Promote and sell international tour packages to prospective clients.
- Communicate with clients to understand their travel preference, needs and budget.
- Provide detailed information on various international destinations, travel packages and options available.
- Create and develop international tour packages, including itinerary planning.
- Collaborate closely with tour operators to plan and organize outbound/international tours.
- Assist clients with visa applications, travel insurance, and other required travel documentation.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Job Specification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Tourism or a related field.
- More than 2 years of experience in the travel industry.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other related software.
- Customer-focused with a genuine passion for travel.
- Effective Sales and negotiation skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling bookings and documentation.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Strong knowledge of international destinations and travel regulations.
