• Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management/ Hospitality Management/Administration with least 1 year of experience in hotel/ fast food/ hospitality industry

• Fluency in English and Nepali Languages

Job Description:

• Responsible for the business performance of the outlet.
• Analyze and plan restaurant sales levels and profitability.
• Coordinate the operation of the restaurant during scheduled shifts.
• Train, manage and motivate staff.
• Respond to customer queries and complaints
• Maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety
• Check stock levels, order supplies and prepare cash drawers and petty cash.
