Job Description:
- Calculating payable hours, commissions, bonuses, tax withholdings, and deductions such as pensions, sick and maternity pay and entering these into payroll software
- Preparing and issuing reports such as P30, P11D, P45, Payslips, Payroll summary, etc
- Maintaining employee records and update with payroll related changes such as minimum wages, tax code, pension enrolment
- Filing with HMRC and pension providers working to their deadlines
- Speaking with HMRC on payroll matters
- Liaising with clients regarding their payroll needs.
